  • Contributed to Prism, Epicor’s multi-agent AI assistant presented at the international Insights conference and now in production for 500+ customer companies
  • Built 5 Python sub-agents for inventory queries, business summaries, and ERP UI actions using OpenAI
  • Created 10+ C#/.NET endpoints exposing ERP data and business logic as agent tools, reducing manual query time for end users
  • Integrated the Angular chatbot UI into the Java-based Solar ERP application

Internal tool for the RoBorregos@Home team · Aug 2026 – Present

  • Built a RAG assistant over 4 years of team documentation without any RAG framework, combining vector search with a custom BM25 through rank fusion to reach 96% recall@5
  • Developed a FastAPI backend with separate search and answer endpoints, fallback LLMs, and per-IP rate limits
  • Replaced PyTorch with ONNX Runtime for embeddings, cutting memory usage by 50%
